The Good
Customers consistently praise the staff, particularly Clint, for being extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and professional. The shop is noted for having a huge selection of quality bikes and gear, offering competitive or affordable pricing (sometimes beating online prices), and providing fast, accurate repair/service work. Many reviewers highlighted going 'above and beyond' in customer service, including detailed explanations, proper bike fitting, and accommodating special repair needs during road trips. Discounts for active duty military were also appreciated.
Things to Consider
A few significant negative experiences were reported, primarily involving aggressive, hostile, or condescending communication from certain staff members, leading to feelings of intimidation for new cyclists. There were also serious accusations of dishonesty regarding pricing quotes (a significant discrepancy between phone quote and in-store price) and attempts to upsell unnecessary, expensive parts. Some customers noted the physical space felt small, and one mentioned potential delays in service during peak spring season.
