Nobody on this team has eaten at any of these places. Where a restaurant publishes no prices, we say so and don't guess. Guides were read through a summarising fetch tool, so we cite them and don't quote them.

In Petulu, and first on both Tatler's Indonesia list for 2026 and Honeycombers' fine dining list. Degustation menus follow the Balinese lunar calendar and start from IDR 1,300,000++ per person. Warung Babi Guling Ibu Oka is the one most guides lead with, and Honeycombers calls it a legend of more than forty years. There are three outlets: Jl. Suweta, Mas and Jl. Tegal Sari. It's open daily 11am to 6pm or until it sells out. A Special plate is Rp 65,000. There are no reservations, only WhatsApp orders. Bali Untold dropped it from its latest list over a reported decline in quality, so guides don't agree. We haven't eaten there to judge.
Naughty Nuri's on Jl. Raya Sanggingan is the other name that turns up, picked for pork ribs and martinis. It's open 8am to 10pm and is one of about 14 outlets, so check you're going to the Ubud one. Neither warung is in our places data, so they sit in the text and not the numbered list.

Our places data lists many Ubud restaurants rated 4.9 on Google with thousands of reviews, including Ely's Kitchen, CHORA, NUSA and Natti's. None of the independent guides we read names them. That doesn't make them bad. We have nothing to cite beyond a rating, so we've left them out rather than vouch for them.
