There are three pricing models on this coast. The first is an entry fee that converts to credit. Sundays Beach Club is IDR 800,000 per adult with IDR 500,000 back as food-and-drink credit, and oneeighty° is IDR 700,000 with IDR 600,000 back. The real cost is the non-refundable difference, IDR 300,000 at Sundays and IDR 100,000 at oneeighty°, plus whatever you spend above the credit. oneeighty° also caps admission at four hours, which matters if you arrive at four for a six o'clock sunset.
The second model is free entrance with a minimum spend on the seat. White Rock at Melasti has minimum spends from IDR 500,000++ for a two-person sofa to IDR 8,000,000++ for a VIP cabana. Klive prices each of its seven decks separately, from IDR 250,000++ per person on the sunset deck to IDR 15,000,000++ for the VIP lounge, with a free restaurant deck. Tropical Temptation has no entrance fee, with a minimum spend on selected daybeds only. Here, standing at the bar is usually the cheap option and the good seat is the product.
The third model is no published price. Ulu Cliffhouse and El Kabron both sell daybeds and cabanas, and neither publishes a rate we could find. El Kabron's price list has only a note that everything carries 10% service charge and 10% government tax. Anywhere you see "++" after a number, the number isn't the number. Ask for the all-in rate in writing when you book by WhatsApp, which is how most of these venues take reservations.
Then there are venues with no entry economics at all. Single Fin charges nothing to walk in, and Mana publishes no entry fee or minimum spend, only a booking system. You still pay clifftop drink prices at both, but the deal is clear, which is more than you can say for an IDR 3,000,000 bed.
